We want you to be completely confident using PayoutPrep. If your converted CSV file fails to import into QuickBooks Online, contains errors, or does not meet your expectations, we will provide a full, prompt refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Simply send an email to support@getpayoutprep.com within 14 calendar days of your transaction. Please include:
- The email address used during purchase.
- Your order confirmation number or invoice receipt.
- A brief description of the issue or import error you encountered (optional, but helps us improve).
Processing Time
Once received, our support team will approve and process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, funds typically post to your account within 3–7 business days.
Pro Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly or annual Pro subscription at any time with one click in your Account Settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, and no further charges will occur. If you are dissatisfied with Pro in your first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial fee.
