1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PayoutPrep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. No Accounting or Tax Advice

PayoutPrep provides an automated file conversion utility for formatting Stripe data into QuickBooks Online CSV specifications. The Service and its output do not constitute professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of converted financial records before importing them into QuickBooks, filing tax returns, or finalizing financial statements.

3. Independent Tool Disclaimer

Stripe and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Stripe, Inc. and Intuit Inc., respectively. PayoutPrep is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Stripe, Inc. or Intuit Inc.

4. Purchases and Credits

Paid services are sold via our authorized Merchant of Record (Creem / Lemon Squeezy). 10-pack credits do not expire. Single-file conversion purchases include complimentary re-downloads of the same file hash for up to 7 days.

All purchases are backed by our 14-day refund policy described below and on our Refund Policy page.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayoutPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the Service.
